Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all products sold on The Parfums are 100% authentic, original brand name fragrances. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where humidity fluctuates.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to health and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), making it longer-lasting. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.
